Should I paint or stain my timber fence?

Stain soaks into the timber and lets the grain show, and is easy to recoat down the track. Paint gives a solid colour and a thicker protective film. We'll talk through which suits your fence, the look you're after, and what's already on there.

Do you paint metal fences as well as timber?

Yes. Timber and metal fences both get the right prep and system, metal needs cleaning and the correct primer to stop rust bleeding through, timber needs cleaning and sometimes a sand back before coating.

Can you do gates and the whole boundary fence?

Yes. Gates, boundary fences and longer runs are bread and butter for us. We can do one side or both, and match neighbouring sections where it matters.

Will spraying get paint on my plants or the neighbour's side?

We mask and shield before spraying so overspray stays off plants, paths and the neighbouring property. Where spraying isn't practical we brush instead. Tidy work is part of the job.
